Comfort AccessBMW M3 E90/E92/E93 uses CAS3+ with the S65 engine. Key procedure is the same as standard 3-Series — we cover all M3 variants. Fobs are visually distinct (M-stitch) but electronically identical.
M3Sometimes the apparent "key fault" is actually a CAS3 module failure — common after battery jump events or water damage. We diagnose first, repair or adapt the module as needed before any key work.
CAS3 module faultsFor older E90 manual key blades that have snapped or worn — we cut a fresh blade to your VIN and reprogram if needed. Common on cars where the spare has lived in a key fob for years.

Connect via OBD, read the immobiliser state. Confirms current key count, ISN (Individual Serial Number), and immobiliser health. For AKL, extract cryptographic credentials.
Programme the new fob to the CAS3 module. Engine starts, locks operate, remote buttons work, Comfort Access (where fitted) detects the key. All verified before we leave.
