E60/E61Spare keys, all-keys-lost and immobiliser work for every BMW 5-Series generation — E60/E61 (2003-2010), F10/F11/F07 (2010-2017), G30/G31 (2017-2023). CAS, FEM/BDC and BDC2 programming on the driveway. Same software as the dealer.

E60/E61F10 saloon, F11 Touring, F07 GT — all use FEM (early) or BDC (later) immobiliser. Spare keys typically 75-90 minutes; AKL typically 100-150 minutes depending on FEM/BDC variant.
F10/F11/F07The current 5-Series platform uses BDC2 — the latest BMW immobiliser. Significantly more complex than FEM/BDC but fully within our capability. We have the dealer-grade kit for BDC2.
G30/G31Performance variants use the same key architecture as standard 5-Series. M5 fobs are visually distinct (M-stitch) but electronically the same as standard fobs.
M5 F10 and M5 G30Comfort Access (keyless entry/start) on F10/G30 cars uses brand-specific tooling. We programme Comfort Access fobs alongside standard fobs.
Comfort AccessSometimes a "key fault" is actually the immobiliser module. We diagnose properly first — saves you paying for key work that wouldn't fix the actual problem.
CAS/FEM/BDC module faultsEvery BMW 5-Series job starts the same way — confirm the platform, read the immobiliser, then programme. We follow the manufacturer-spec procedure every time, and you see the new key working before we leave.
Confirm E60/F10/G30, year, and immobiliser variant (CAS/FEM/BDC/BDC2). This determines tooling and procedure.
Connect via OBD or bench (BDC2 often needs bench access). Read current state, confirm immobiliser health and key count.
Programme the new fob, register in the security table, sync Comfort Access where fitted. All verified before we leave.
